Why Her Strength?

Research shows that most girls lack support in managing puberty alongside their athletic pursuits, leading to a significant dropout rate during adolescence. Her Strength is a science-based learning platform designed for youth female sport (12-18 years) that educates, equips, and empowers coaches, parents, and athletes with practical tools and strategies to navigate the challenges of puberty in sport. By addressing these unique challenges, Her Strength helps young female athletes stay in the game and reach their full potential.

As a male coach, these conversations can be tricky to have with our athletes, but Her Strength has given me not only the knowledge to feel more confident, but also loads of practical tips for creating a supportive environment for our young female athletes.
